Social Media That Brings in Customers, Not Just Likes
Likes are easy to measure and easy to chase. What matters is whether your posts lead to bookings, enquiries and sales — here is how to connect the two.

It is easy to judge social media by the numbers the platforms show first: likes, followers and reach. They feel good, but they do not pay the bills on their own.
Start with a clear goal for each post. A post meant to fill weekend tables, sell a product or get consultation enquiries should be written, designed and measured differently from one meant to show your team or your work.
Every post that asks for action should make that action easy: a clear offer, one obvious next step and a link that goes straight to the right page — not your homepage.
Consistency beats volume. Three useful posts a week that your audience recognises will do more than daily posts that feel rushed. Plan a simple content calendar around your busy seasons and offers.
Paid promotion works best once you know which organic posts perform. Put a small budget behind proven content and target it to the areas and audiences you actually serve.
Most importantly, track the journey from post to customer. Use tagged links, booking sources or a simple "where did you hear about us?" question so you can see which posts lead to real revenue, and do more of those.
