04Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for the period stated in them. Fees, payment schedules and any ongoing retainers are agreed in writing before work begins. Late payment may result in work being paused.
05Your responsibilities

- Make sure you have the rights to any content, images, data or trademarks you give us.

06Intellectual property
Unless your agreement says otherwise, once we have been paid in full you own the custom deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of what we deliver. The QubeXCore name, logo and the content of this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We will treat non-public business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to provide our services, unless disclosure is required by law.
08Acceptable use of this website
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful or misleading content through our forms.
